Allocating BGN 88,000 to the Reserve Fund
Gross dividend distribution of BGN 60,203.62 in terms of BGN 0.010 per share
Allocating BGN 188,186.35 to prior period loss covering
Allocating BGN 533,811.73 to the retained profit of the company
- In the lack of quorum, the GMS will be held on 15 June 2023 at 2:00 pm, same place and agenda.
The voting right will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register fourteen (14) days before the GMS, i.e. by 17 May 2023 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the shareholders are entitled to exercise their voting rights, will be 15 May 2023 (Ex Date: 16 May 2023).
