Forucom real estate fund REIT appointed an extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 16 January 2023 at 10:00 am in the town of Sevlievo at 87 Stefan Peshev St. under the following agenda:
- Adoption of a decision to finalise a transaction under a preliminary agreement dated 09 March 2021 between Forucom real estate fund REIT and Aster 2000 EOOD, with Forucom real estate fund REIT acquiring all the shares of the newly established specialised company Toplikos Property EOOD
- In the lack of quorum, the EGM will take place on 31 January 2023 at 10:00 am, same place and agenda.
The voting right will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register fourteen (14) days before the EGM, i.e. by 02 January 2023 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the holders will be entitled to exercise their voting right at the EGM, will be 23 December 2022 (Ex Date: 29 December 2022).
