The General Meeting of Shareholders of PRC REIT dated 11 August 2020 has taken the following dividend distribution decision for 2019:
- Gross dividend per share: BGN 0.612667149
- Starting date of the dividend payout: 14 December 2020
- Final date of the dividend payout: 31 December 2020
- Dividends will be paid out through the system of the Central Depository and via DSK Bank.
The right to a dividend will be entitled to all shareholders registered with the central securities register on the 14th day following the GMS date, i.e. by 25 August 2020 (Record Date).
The final date for transacting shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to receive a dividend, has been 21 August 2020 (Ex-Dividend Date: 24 August 2020).
